Background

Canadian Organic Matcha brand was searching for new branded content for their launch on Instagram.

Solution

The project scope was to create social media posts that would communicate the launch and the main benefits of matcha.

reNature

Background

reNature is an environmental start-up that is on a mission to make regenerative agriculture mainstream.


My role involved growing their followers on Instagram and LinkedIn and reaching new audiences, all while maintaining their thought leadership in the field of regenerative agriculture.

Solution

  • Developed a communication plan and monthly content strategy, incorporating trend reports and innovative ideas.
  • Managed all social media tasks, including responding to comments/DMs, scheduling posts, collaborating with influencers, and creating captions/hashtags.
  • Introduced "Meet the Team" posts, infographics, educational content, quiz stories, and project shoutouts.
  • Scaled up a content strategy around a project ‘Humans of Nature’ that focused on farmers and their personal journey with reg ag projects. By humanising a B2B brand with storytelling the result was a higher engagement on our Instagram account, high interest in projects that weren’t ours to be featured on our feed, reaching more people and growing followers and converting new leads.
  • Created all written and visual content, resulting in a 20% increase in Instagram feed engagement and a 70% increase in story engagement within 3 months.

British luxury diffuser and essential oils brand was searching for new branded content for their Instagram profile.

Sourceful is a sustainable packaging start-up based in the UK that offers carbon offsets with their orders.


My role involved creating a social media strategy focusing on follower growth, establishing thought leadership on Instagram and employer branding on LinkedIn. The main unique point was the transparency of the supply chains in the sustainable packaging industry.

  • Connected with industry experts in the team on sustainability and packaging to establish unique point of value.

  • Hashtag strategy: Achieved 50-70% reach via relevant hashtags
  • Follower growth campaign: Successfully grew Instagram followers by 50% in 2 months.
  • Copywriting: From short and CTA-oriented short copy to educational pieces around sustainability focusing on packaging solutions
  • Collaborations with content creators: Creating a strategy to collaborate with packaging graphic designers with the goal of reaching more small businesses that would like to switch to sustainable packaging
  • Content strategy: New content pillars were introduced after proper competitor and audience research:
    • Position Sourceful as a thought leader through educational posts like myth-busting sustainability topics
    • Focus on UGC to reach a wider audience of small businesses that are already in the awareness stage of the marketing funnel and to build trust and social proof
  • Graphic design: Visual direction and creation of content in Figma and Canva

  • Development of a communication plan and monthly content strategy for 6 accounts (Slovenian and international)
  • Execution of all social media management tasks (replying to comments and DMs, scheduling posts on different channels, managing influencer campaigns, creating captions and hashtag strategy)

Background

At the advertising agency TBWA I was working as a social media manager covering copywriting and influencer marketing. Brands I was working with: Heineken, Desperados, Pedigree, Slovenian bank and Slovenian national lottery.

Background

Miskabags was founded in 2016 and was born out of a hobby and my love for painting on textiles. Since then it has become much more than that. It gives me the space to express myself and to work with other creative people.


It is also an amazing playground to test out different marketing strategies and it is THE project that inspired me to learn more about brand strategy as well.


What is Miskabags?

It's an e-com brand of hand-painted tote bags that are often sassy, sarcastic and even offensive and allow people to express their personality without costing the environment.

  • Established Miskabags as the tote bag brand on Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Successfully switched to 60% of content being video-first content to adapt to the algorithm
  • Reached 8000 followers on Instagram and 9900 on TikTok and 31.000 followers and 4 million monthly views on Pinterest
  • Launched a successful campaign with 25 influencers in the United States
  • Monthly social media strategy, content creation and scheduling
  • Opening a TikTok account in 2021 - viral video with 1M views in Feb 2022
  • Constantly innovating and adapting the content strategy to the target audience
  • Crafting a monthly e-mail marketing strategy with a 74% open rate

Mindful Souls is a US-based mindfulness brand offering self-care subscription boxes. Their self-care subscription box features mindful jewelry, calming crystals, aromatherapy products, and other items that promote self-love. The subscription box is delivered to customers' doorsteps every month.


They came to me after seeing my product photography work on Unsplash. They wanted monthly creation of visual content for the social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok).
